Exercise: I walked 14 miles on the treadmill this past week.
Eating: I am counting calories and stayed under my calorie intake goal 5 out of the 7 days.
Weak Moments: I had wine and probably too many Girl Scout cookies on Friday and Saturday. Weekends are so hard.
Cravings: Pizza. We had pizza pretty much weekly for a long time. Mike tried to talk me into ordering pizza the other night, but I was strong and said NO! ;)
Next Week's Goals: Add in strength exercises and eat more fruits and veggies. My goal is to lose 5 more pounds by next Monday.
