Belly to Bump

Hello, blogger friends! This week has been a tough week in the weight loss department. Of course the lack of losing after working my butt off discouraged me. I think that what I was doing and what I am looking for are two different things. I want to drop weight. Like a lot of weight. I have pretty much been doing things to maintain my weight. MyFitnessPal gave me approximately 1200 calories to eat a day. If I exercise, I then got the calories that I burn added to the amount of calories that I could eat for the day. I used most of those calories. Therfore, I stopped losing weight.

I decided to do what I did in 2009. I am going to eat between 1000-1200 calories a day and work my butt off by doing some type of cardio, crunches, and strength exercises each day (maybe I'll have one rest day). I also decided to separate my blogs on infertility and weight loss. I will be taking a break from The Icing on Our Cake and posting weekly pics and updates on Belly to Bump. Please, please, please follow my new blog! I could use the motivation from you guys! You guys are the best! :)
