17DD: And It Begins...


Today I started Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet. It wasn't too bad. I only found that I got really hungry after work, so I had some carrots that somewhat held me over.

Here is what I was able to eat today. Most of my meals will be like this one for the next 16 days.

Before Breakfast:
1 cup of hot water
1/2 lemon squeezed into cup

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
green tea

Morning Snack:
apple
Lunch:
lettuce
chicken
tomatoes
Italian dressing
grapes
green tea


Afternoon Snack:
Greek yogurt
After Work Snack:
carrots
Dinner:
turkey
green beans
green tea
I promise not to post my meals every day. I just wanted to give you guys an idea of how this diet starts out (foodwise). I can't wait to be able to add more of a variety of food in Cycle 2.

You posting the meals actually makes it looks easier I think. I need to lose about 10 pounds myself but I just can't get motivated to do it just yet.
