The 17 Day Diet

Since we started seeing a RE, I have been too worried to lose weight. When I go on a diet, I am usually not eating enough that would be a good amount for me and a baby. Well, since I know that I won't be PUPO again until the end of January, I seriously want and need to lose some weight. Whatever I can. If it is even 5 pounds, it will make a big difference. I have this fear of looking like a blimp when I am pregnant. Can you imagine if I was pregnant with twins? Oh gosh. Yes...I need to drop some weight. :)

A friend of mine from high school followed the instructions for the 17 Day Diet 2 years ago and went from a size 10 in March to a size 2 by May. She didn't even exercise. She just ate the right amount of certain foods. Awesome! :)

After hearing about the diet, I bought The 17 Day Diet Workbook and it has just been sitting in the spare bedroom since then. I took a look at it for the first time a couple nights ago.

I found a blog post that gives more information about the diet and the first cycle. Go ahead and check it out! I'll wait....

It doesn't seem too bad, right? I hope not. I'm going to create a page on my blog to record my measurements and weight loss. Of course I am too embarrassed to put my measurements and weight, but I will probably record weight loss daily (ex. -1 lb) and measurement (ex. -.25 in) loss weekly.

Mike is going to try it with me! We're going grocery shopping tomorrow and the diet starts on Monday! Wish us luck!
